Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting candidates’ information into the internal database
  • Posting jobs description on recruitment websites, job boards, social networks, forums and any other recruiting means and tools
  • Searching resumes for each vacancy
  • Screening applications; contacting potential candidates and arranging appointments for interviews if required
  • Assisting in the performing of organization and executing recruitment events such as job fairs, KMS career days, seminars, etc. at universities and at KMS
  • Other administrative assistance required by supervisor
  • Performing other recruitment duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
  • Interest in HR, especially Recruitment
  • At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
