ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

• Mainly monitor books of accounts for the US side;
• Working on both US & VN accounting system: work for the US accounting function and support the VN accounting team;
• Establish tables of accounts, booking journal entries for proper accounts;
• Maintain, manage and update all of accounting data and processes;
• Document financial transactions by entering account information; 
• Apply procedures and accounting process for supporting all departments within the company;
• Follow up and perform monthly company’s operating reports (especially the costing & VN tax reporting for the company wide);
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options; 
• Keep track of the accounting & finance information and make analysis on these data for reporting;
• Record data in the accounting system and perform analysis of financial reports, journal entries and monthly ledger closing processes;
• Prepare special financial reports (timely and ad-hoc reports) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in web-based systems; 
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential;
