Responsibilities

  • Coach Delivery projects about Agile mindset and its frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean
  • Audit Delivery projects about project and process management based on Agile and KMS framework
  • Research Agile trends in software development
  • Identify metrics to measure and monitor project performance in terms of quality, Velocity/productivity, and efficiency in Agile environment
  • Identify & collect best practices from internal projects and industry to enrich the company process best practices
  • Organize Agile trainings for the whole company

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and experience about Agile and its frameworks
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Agile coaching
  • Agile Coach Certificates are plus
  • Good knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
  • Good writing, reporting & documentation skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to learn, detail-oriented
  • Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Engineering degree or equivalent
