Job summary:

  • Work with head of Partnership and our software partners in a fast pace manner to mine the work pipeline, prepare the proposal and follow up with contract signing
  •  Work with GM to prepare simple-yet-effective executive/management dashboard to articulate the status and drive actions·      
  • Work with our Partner Service Leads to shape skillset development roadmap and coordinate with HR L&D team to continuously develop our young and talented workforce
  • Assure we have the right people (within and outside the business unit) with right skillset at right time to work on upcoming projects led by our Partner Service Leads
  •  Become ambassador for our human centric culture and drive the staff engagement programs (Slack Time, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Versatile in one or more of following disciplines: Presale Support (Bid & Proposal Preparation), Delivery Operation (Intelligent Dashboard, Balanced Scorecard, Process Design), Resource Management (RMO), People Learning & Development Coordination, Staff Engagement Coordination
  • Excellent in English communication, able to communicate and drive the conversations with partners and customers over the phone
  • Able to think outside the box, explore new areas, learn adapt new concepts quickly. Prefer the one who has solid track record of driving initiatives and doing new things in past 24 months
  • Able to work independently and track/follow-up/execute with precision, vocal and don’t hesitate to get help from others at right time

Nice to have/plus

  • Experience with Professional Services (Implementation, Migration, Integration projects) for software product
  • Understanding/experience of Solution-based engagements and Managed Services
  • 5 years of experience in IT/Software industry
  • Overseas education and/or working experience
