Your key responsibilities:

  • Providing IT services at a site for 700 people
  • Monitoring, measuring IT daily operation tasks and network, system availability
  • Managing servers, services, network core systems
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
  • Overseeing and determining time-frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
  • Determining the rationale and methods for upgrading company network, systems each time an update is released
  • Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
  • Providing direction for IT team members; identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL certification 
  • Certifications related to Cisco, Linux, Microsoft
  • 3 year+ experience in IT Management
  • Experience on maintaining ISO27001 certification
  • Strong problem solving
  • Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
  • Excellent English communication
