Scope:
Define the editorial strategy and distribution in agreement with Marketing
Write online and offline copy related to the HR / employee experience field
Write engaging marketing and sales online and offline copy that convert readers into subscribers
Write the in-app content in order to create an amazing User Experience
Build a compelling story behind the brand
Provide guidelines and review the content from the Customer Success team
Coach other copywriters / content team members on their writing abilities
Key hard KPI include:
Copy that converts and engage (share, download, etc.)
Clear editorial strategy and process
Timely delivery of key copy
Consistency of editorial across all our channels
Ideally, has worked in B2B and created content that either converted or built the brand
Can show some good copy (professional blog, offline publications, client work, etc.)
Understand marketing funnels & customer journey
Comfortable with A/B testing & iterating the copy
Can 'walk in the customer shoes' easily
Has a passion to write copy that influences people's behaviors
Willing to work hard and able to learn quickly
Understands behavioral economics + overall human psychology
Bias for action, not to write until it's perfect
Able to coach other copywriters
