Responsibilities

The KMS L&D team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments
Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs
Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
Maintain training budget
Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
Contribute to L&D department events & activities
Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Learning and Development Manager

Qualifications

Skills/experience You need to be Successful

At least 1 year of experience in Learning and Development
Strong abilities in written and spoken English
Good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have a positive attitude, be proactive and highly responsible

Education/ training preferred

Bachelor Degree in Education or an HR-related field
Other professional certifications are beneficial
