Responsibilities

As an Event Assistant Intern, you will support Event Team (belongs to Admin Department) including but not limited to:

  • Support implementation of company’s events to connect staffs, create a fun and interesting working environment, such as: Company Trip, Year End Party, Christmas Day, Sports festival, Sport clubs…
  • Support paperwork
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related major
  • Key characteristics: Friendly – Integrity – Dedication – Creativity - Human Oriented 
  • At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship (Full-time is preferable)
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Mobility and Flexibility: Working with flexible time & place
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity, customer service, information management
