Key Responsibility

  • Work with head of Partnership and our software partners in a fast pace manner to mine the work pipeline, prepare the proposal (with the support from pre-sale team) and follow up with contract signing
  • Manage project plan and team members to deliver the work in accordance with signed contracts
  • Work closely with Tools & Automation team to enhance the toolset for our services to gain better efficiency over the time
  • Shape skillset development roadmap and coordinate with HR L&D team to continuously develop our young and talented workforce in order to support our software partners effectively
  • Work with Direct Sales Executive and GM to shape the solution based on software provided by our partner for Asia market (optional)

Qualifications

  • Excellent in English communication, able to communicate and drive the conversations with software partners and end customers over the phone
  • Solid at building relationships with strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid track record of inspiring and nurturing young talents in the tea
  • Experienced in managing software development/testing or enterprise business solution projects
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements for from multiple software partners

Nice to have/plus

  • Background from BA and PM role is a big plus
  • Expertise in Data & Analytics, Digital Sales & Marketing and/or Modern Testing Practices
  • Experience with Professional Services (Implementation, Migration, Integration projects) for software products
  • Understanding/experience of Solution-based engagements
  • 5 years of experience in IT/Software industry
  • Overseas education and/or working experience
