Work closely with leadership in order to align the digital marketing strategy with business objectives: lead generation, funnel acceleration, app conversion,...
Drive traffic to company websites, landing pages, social media, apps,etc. via both organic and paid channels (mostly organic in the early stages)
Coordinate with copywriters to produce fun, compelling and relevant content to engage with users across all channels
Oversee our digital content calendar to plan content distribution across all channels
Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize content impact
Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
Analyze the data and user’s feedback consistently to draw insights, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives
Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
Key hard KPI include
Website traffic and app store traffic
App downloads and activations
MQL, SQL
Conversion rates
CAC
Requirements:
At least three years of solid experience in growth hacking/ digital marketing. Experienced in an early stage start-up would be a plus.
Experience with a range of user acquisition channels, but with a focus on organic channels (Content, Viral videos, SEO, Email, Partnerships,...)
Data-driven: you trust the numbers and use them smartly to find patterns and make decisions
Fluent with social media and understands users’ behavior
Understands customer experience and customer journey
Hands on experience with web analytics, A/B testing, SEO and email marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Woopra, Optimizely, MailChimp,...)
Knowledgeable about referral marketing and able to create viral growth
In depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
Has experience working with designers and web developers
Has experience with video production is a plus
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Willing to work hard and able to learn quickly
High standards of excellence and attention to detail
