Scope:
Works closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to define the product vision, road map and go to market strategies
Leads Associate Product Managers, UX/UI designer and R&D teams towards the implementation of the product vision on a daily basis
Defines and implements clear working processes to ensure the product delivery and the appropriate level of documentation
Works closely with the Development Manager to ensure product deliverables are on time and on budget
Works closely with Marketing and Customer Success to adjust the Product roadmap and optimize product growth
Overview all product market research - including user interviews
Works closely with Marketing on competition analysis / research / updates
Build a strong team of Associate Product Managers so they become our future Product Managers
Key hard KPI include:
People development (Product Manager development)
Product growth (KPI will evolve over time - for example user base, active users, revenue, etc.)
Requirements:
Has already ran product teams and managed product roadmaps - 3 years experience and above
Has a strong product mindset, understand product growth strategies on the Marketing side but also on the Product side
Can converse fluently with designers on UX/UI matters and software engineers on high-level engineering issues
Is able to query databases and use metrics tools to inform our product decisions
Has experience operating Sprints from end to end
Willing and able to confront and negotiate with different parties involved in the project
Innovative person who can approach problems from different angles
Is able to articulate a product vision clearly and make cross functional teams move towards the same goal
Other information:
Intermediate to fluent level of English is preferred
Preferrably has already worked in multi-cultural teams
Early adopter of new products / technologies
