Your key responsibilities:

The successful Procurement intern will support procurement activities. This role directly reports to Procurement Manager:

Handle general work, such as: filling documents, documents submission, arranging meeting with vendor, prepare & follow up payment record, ….
Support data collection and build supplier database.
Support the team in procurement activities as assigned, such as: sourcing/evaluating new vendor, negotiating & preparing contract, ….

Qualifications

For fresh graduated or 4th year students in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or economics related major
At least 3-month Internship (full-time referable)
Professional appearance
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Strong skills with Microsoft Office, customer service, information management
Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded, organized and highly responsible
