Your key responsibilities:

KMS Senior Full-stack Test Engineer/Senior QA Engineer is responsible for understanding client domain knowledge, and implementing all testing activities to provide or improve the product/software quality; working closely with KMS QA Manager, QA Architect and QA in delivering successfully product quality and in mentoring/coaching team.

Take lead role in researching and conducting sharing knowledge about new testing tools, testing approaches, new testing trends to the team. And share best practices and practical tips to help project teams perform their job better.

Explore client’s product, analyze client business and leverage technical expertise of KMS resources and technology advantage to recommend testing strategy, testing technologies and tools to use.

Define and conduct training activities for junior QAs and training programs.

Support managers in auditing projects.

 

Qualifications

Skills/experience You need to be Successful:

  • Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Automation testing, Performance Testing, Database Testing, Security Testing and Mobile testing.
  • Good knowledge of software development process, especially software testing process is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new process, techniques, and tools
  • Good client service mindset
  • Experience at communication (include English) – written and verbal
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Time Management
  • Quick learning
  • Team player
  • Presentation

 Tools & Technologies:

  • Test Tools (Master one of them): qTest, JIRA, Test Manager, Bugzilla, Redmine, HP ALM, TestLink, IBM rational, VersionOne
  • Collaboration Tools (Master one of them): Sharepoint, Atlassian Confluence, Assembla, Kanban Tool, Trello or relevant
  • Automation Tools and Frameworks (Master one of them): Selenium, Cucumber, Galen, Protractor, HP UFT (QTP), Ranorex, TestComplete, Telerik, Watir, Visual Studio Test or relevant
  • Non-UI Test (Master one of them): SoapUI, JMeter, LoadTest, Webload or relevant
  • Development Background (Competence one of them): C++, .Net, Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Groovy

Relevant Experience:

  • 1.5+ Experiences leading and coaching member
  • 5+ Experiences in software testing or relevance
  • Hands-on experiences with test tools
