Responsibilities

The role of Digital Content Producer is to deliver quality writing/ pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers, acquire leads, generate demands and boost brand awareness

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems, proofread and edit content before publication
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and deliver content for lead acquisition & advertising campaigns, newsletter and other digital platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Amplify content on several channels and evaluate its performance to meet department’s KPIs
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Update website content as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Content Creative, Copywriter or similar role
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Aptitude for technology and ability to connect technical concepts with copywrite & art materials
  • Proven experiences in B2B technology companies is a big plus
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Hubspot..)
  • Graduated with a major in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, related majors are preferred
