PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is looking for the opportunity to build a global tech-product in the HR / People space. 
• If you have a natural passion for building tech products and have a proven track record doing so, we want to hear from you!
• You will help define and implement the product road-map by leading cross-functional teams - including UX / UI designers, software engineers, Associate Product Managers, Marketing and Customer Success. 
• This experience will help you get in-depth experience in building start-ups in both the Consumer and Enterprise industry.

Scope:

• Works closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to define the product vision, road map and go to market strategies
• Leads Associate Product Managers, UX/UI designer and R&D teams towards the implementation of the product vision on a daily basis
• Defines and implements clear working processes to ensure the product delivery and the appropriate level of documentation
• Works closely with the Development Manager to ensure product deliverables are on time and on budget
• Works closely with Marketing and Customer Success to adjust the Product road-map and optimize product growth
• Overview all product market research - including user interviews
• Works closely with Marketing on competition analysis / research / updates
• Build a strong team of Associate Product Managers so they become our future Product Managers

• People development (Product Manager development)
• Product growth (KPI will evolve over time - for example user base, active users, revenue, etc.)
