Responsibilities

  • KMS onsite coordinator and technical leadership who can learn and adapt to customer’s software development environment quickly
  • Ensure offshore team can take as much work as possible from customer work pipeline and deliver with excellent velocity and quality
  • Consult customer to improve product and development process, able to gather people to implement changes after approval

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (Adv level equivalent IELTS 7.0+)
  • Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
  • Strong presentation and client relation skills, able to work and communicate with C-level, not hesitate to speak up
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, can collaborate for a team of 20+ members offshore
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Technical requirements:

  • Fluent in Java and J2EE technologies to develop web-based applications
  • Fluent in at least one front-end technologies such as Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, ReactJS, AngularJS, KnockoutJS …
  • Strong experience with OO design and design patterns
  • Good experience with unit testing: JUnit, mock
  • Strong experience with web-based technologies: Spring (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data) and ORM (JPA, Hibernate)
  • Experience with software development principles such as SOLID, DRY
  • Experience with writing efficient SQL queries

Mandatory:

  • Willing to relocate to customer location
  • Willing to work with offshore team at night to transfer status and following up

Nice to have/plus:

  • PMP and Scrum Master certificates are desirable
  • Experience running projects applying continuous integration, continuous delivery
  • US working visa
