The responsibility includes but not limited:
Collaborate with internal IT team to handle daily IT operations for product team.
Setup and operate network infrastructure for small size (0-100 employees) organization.
Administer the production operation (SaaS software).
Collaborate with US technician for managing mobile devices in data center.
Operate AWS infrastructure for the product (servers, networking, security practices, access control lists, etc.).
Build up DevOps infrastructure.
Operate AWS infrastructure for the development team (servers, networking, security practices, access control lists, etc.).
Involved in research, build and deploy tools/software for automating administrative tasks and/or product development such as production release, product quality control, product health monitoring, continuous integration, etc.
Involved in delivering product features by provisioning dependent infrastructure like third-party services (queue, database, service bus, smtp server, etc.).
Troubleshooting incidents and customers’ issues.
Requirements:
Good knowledge and (at least) one year of experience in computer networking and Linux OS
Hands-on experience on automation with appropriate tools like shell scripting (Linux Bash or PowerShell), Rundeck, etc.
Strong motivation to drive impact by making product improvements. Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
Knowledgeable and hands-on experience in AWS cloud platform is a plus.
Earning any following certifications is a plus: CCNA, Linux (LPI, CompTIA, etc.), Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), DevOps (LPI, CompTIA, etc.).
