Being in the Corporate Branding department, the Event Intern is an exclusive chance for students/fresher to start their career with corporate events, especially in the area of employer branding & recruitment marketing.
Responsibilities:
Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre-event, set-up, execution and post-event
Coordinate and communicate with team members, employees, vendors, supporters, designers...for the event
Support paperwork and others tasks as assigned
Requirements:
For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related major
Key characteristics: Friendly – Integrity – Dedication – Creativity - Human Oriented - Well-Organized
Be able to give smart, quick solutions when the situation requires
Mobility and Flexibility: Working with flexible time & place
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity, customer service, information management
At least 6 months of commitment for the internship period (Full-time is preferable)
