  • Are you passionate about working directly with foreign customers, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our clients might encounter with accuracy and efficiency in timely manner?

Your key responsibilities:

  • Handle requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Consult best practice and work-around if current product does not meet customers’ requirements.
  • Generate database reports as requested from sales/marketing or line manager.
  • Write some basic automation scripts to troubleshoot customers’ issues.
  • Coordinate with development team to understand customers’ issues and get them solved.

Qualifications

Skills/knowledge you need to be successful:

  • Majoring in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or related fields.
  • Fresh graduated or final year student with minimum 3-month internship commitment.
  • Love to work with customers and external communications.
  • Good English communication – in both writing and speaking.
  • Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
