Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Build the capabilities and deliver across solution offerings under the practice (current focus is WMS and SCP, expanding more in SCM in the future)
  • Take accountability of all estimates/proposals/SOWs submitted to customers
  • Handle the relationship with customer's management team and drive the activities including kick-off, milestone review and UAT/go-lives
  • Play project/program manager role for complicated engagements
  • Lead and develop people under the practice

Qualifications

 

  • At least 3 years managing the implementation projects as project/program manager. Infor experience is a major plus
  • Solid consultative approach and verbal communication with end customers
  • Good track record in building and leading team
  • Experience in coordinating with teams/partners outside of Vietnam is a plus
  • Certification in ERP, SCM, WMS is a plus
  • Language: Fluent spoken Vietnamese required. Upper-intermediate English level to coordinate with partners
