PR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

An enthusiastic Public Relations (PR) Executive to manage all relationships between the company and external parties. This position’s sole mission is to project, protect and promote the face of the company and will be the key factor in enhancing KMS’s popularity and trustworthiness to external contacts, ensure a good relationship with the general public and raising awareness of the company as its brand.

Job Duties

PARTNER RELATIONS

• Maintain brand awareness through traditional & social media with avg. 200+ media mentions yearly by top-tier media channels to support business purposes;
• Government relations with partners in the industry and retain company reputation with industrial awards;
• Source and manage sponsorship opportunities to maximize the company’s image across the media space.

BRAND COMMUNICATIONS

• Seek out and integrate events for guest speaker appearances and other promotional opportunities;
• Plan and manage PR/Branding activities both internal and external to promote and support the mission, objectives and business goals of the company;
• Coordinate and create internal/external monthly corporate newsletter.

CSR 

• Excel corporate social responsibilities with the aim of the long-lasting social impacts by supporting the NGOs with IT training; job offers and financial donations;
• Proactively execute the communication plan that helps increase the brand visibilities by CSR actions in a way that stays true to the brand’s core value;
