Responsibilities

The successful Procurement intern will support procurement activities. This role directly reports to Procurement Manager.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • 50% on Contract preparation and other documents relating to procurement activities. 
  • 40% on supporting team for data collection, building supplier database, evaluating/analyzing proposal, preparing Purchase recommendation, prepare & follow up payment, ….
  • 10% on handling general work, such as: filling documents, documents submission, arranging meeting with vendor, ….

Qualifications

  • For fresh graduated or 4th year students in Law, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or economics related major
  • At least 3-month Internship (full time referable)
  • Professional appearance
  • Good communication & documentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Proactive, Self-motivated and highly responsible
