Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with sales team and software partners to capture customer's needs and shape the estimate/proposal
Take part in presenting and doing demo of the solutions to prospects with sales team and practice lead
Perform a Fit-Gap analysis and produce functional resolution or alternate process to bridge the gap
Take part in consulting, implementation, users training, UAT/go-live and support of the WMS solutions to customers

Qualifications

At least 3 years involved in WMS solutions (Infor, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, JDA, Honeywell, etc.) as functional consultant
Solid consultative approach and verbal communication with end customers
Certifications in WMS and SCM are big plus
Experience in ERP, MRP, TMS and SCP is a plus
Language: Fluent spoken Vietnamese required. Intermediate English level to coordinate with partners
