Responsibilities

A brand storyteller with a strategic mindset that aims to grow the employer brand’s presence, creating innovative ways to attract students and prospective candidates to the company’s career platform and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities through advertising campaigns.

Department: Corporate Branding Team
Report to: Brand Manager

Job Duties:

UNIVERSITY RELATION & FRESHER ACQUISITION

  • Maintain the corporate relationship with IT Faculties, analyze the needs and create promotional partnership opportunities to maximize the employer brand image across the channels
  • Address opportunities to match student’ demand with the right programs by applying appropriate communication strategies & campaigns
  • Keep connections with high profiles students & influencers

TECH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

  • Proactively execute the communication campaigns that help increase the brand visibilities in a way that stays true to the employer brand claim
  • Source and manage sponsorship opportunities to maximize the company’s image across the media space
  • Seek out and integrate events for company speaker appearances
  • Coordinate with the operations team on PR/Branding activities both internal and external to promote and support the mission, objectives and business goals of the company 

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in Employer Branding or similar roles;
  • IT industry background is a plus;
  • Proven experience in event planning and campaign management;
  • Good communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker;
  • Excellent writing skills in both English & Vietnamese.
