The winning candidate will join UpStar Labs, KMS Technology business unit responsible for new products development, investment and partnership. We offer a dynamic, agile and modern working environments and opportunity to interact with the design - product teams and collaborate with our oversea marketing counterparts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Build a process to go after business partnerships in order to expand our reach and product offering
  • Conduct research on Partner’s capabilities and offerings, as inputs for building and customizing suitable partnership deals and packages
  • Identify customer’s segments that are likely to be partners’s customers and suggest to approach and build suitable offering schemes
  • Reach out to potential partners, engage them in partnership meetings, close deals and maintain a win-win relationship with all our partners
  • Gather customer feedback, competitor and market data as inputs for strategic planning for Sales, Marketing and Product Development
  • Work closely with our Product team for product integration with our partners
  • Coordinate with our Corporate Branding team to leverage our existing network and expand it 
  • Stay on top of inbound inquiries for partnership, media inquiries and PR in general
  • Build partnerships with key media / event partners for cross-promotion or sponsorship. 

Key hard KPI include:

  • Successful partnership closed
  • Partner NPS
  • Integration delivered on time

Qualifications

Key requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise (solution) sales and/or account management
  • Team player who is hands-on and proactive
  • Able to lead and manage a project on her/his own, involving cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable qualifying leads, cold calling and negotiating
  • Motivated by learning, willing to work hard and want to be part of a growth story
  • Innovative person, able to think out of the box
  • Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past
  • Experience working with a start-up in the people space space would be a big plus
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills backed up by references
  • Good understanding of the HR ecosystem & technology, especially in emerging markets
  • Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and written communication abilities and contribute to high level discussion and debate
  • Smart, independent, patient, with deep curiosity and willingness to learn

This position directly reports to the marketing manager
