Responsibilities

Support configuration and troubleshoot immediate to resolve when client have issue
Responsibility/focus and be on-time in working
Compliance with security policy, HIPPA and SOC2
Coaching and monitor junior/fresher member to work in team
Work on-shift after working hours and weekend as schedule.

Qualifications

Good English communication skill to communicate/discuss to Support/NOC team via phone as well as email/chatting channels
Ability and available to work on-shift after working hours and weekend as well. Careful attitude in working
Having skill and ability analyze/troubleshoot issues/problems
Strong scripting skills in Linux command-line base. At least one of these is an advantage: Shell/Bash scripting, PowerShell
Ability read & troubleshoot the Linux OS log files
Understand hierarchy, services, files and folder permissions in Linux OS
Having a DevOps knowledge and mindset in general
Understand/experience in Network File System (NFS), Domain Name System (DNS), servers, storage systems, monitoring tools, Linux OS and VMs
Understanding proxy servers, SSL/TLS, and network fundamentals
Understand and ability process RDBMS (MySQL, SQL & Mongo) and NoSQL
Experience in web servers (Tomcat, Apache)
Experience in running and scaling CI/CD system

Nice to have:

Experience of application containerization/virtualization technologies (Docker, Jenkin, Vagrant)
Encrypt/decrypt email knowledge
Ruby/Python script knowledge
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate Level
