KMS Technology is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications and digital content that support lead generation efforts. This person is an all-around marketing rock-star who has deep knowledge in search engine marketing (SEM), managing marketing operations & tooling (HubSpot, WordPress, and Salesforce), as well as user lifecycle communications.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing cost-effective digital marketing programs and communications that help drive KMS brand awareness and the overall customer journey.
Proficiency in Hubspot required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
Incredible attention to detail
Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated experience defining and adjusting digital marketing campaigns based on analytic results
Own and manage all marketing related tools and assist with campaign set-up and execution
Develop and manage efficient procedures and workflows for the digital content lifecycle while providing regular insights and reporting
Ensure brand messaging and positioning is consistent across audience segments and platforms for digital efforts
Manage PPC advertising and LinkedIn campaigns within approved budget
Collaborate with the marketing team on managing the creation of all digital and offline content, such as website, blogs, press releases, infographics, videos, etc.
Assist the sales team with the qualification of leads, both from inbound as well as digital efforts
Work closely with Director of Marketing on audience, direction, and campaign priorities to align with business goals
Serve in an overall marketing operations role and support with any needed tooling integrations (ad hoc)
Regularly report on ROI and insights to digital lead generation efforts
