Job Description

You will have the opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-growing team at Katalon – an innovative provider in test automation solution that is recognized as a Customer’s Top Choices by Gartner. Our outstanding user growth over the last 3 years has turned Katalon into one of the highest rating software in the testing industry. We have more than 50K businesses and users located in over 160+ countries in 2019.

We are in the process of developing an international sales team focusing on SMB and Enterprise segments to commercialize Katalon products. Katalon is looking for a seasoned business development leader to grow the sales team, define and drive revenue plans, as well as creating a culture of growth and performance.


  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas

  • Define and optimize sales processes, technologies, and programs with measurable results 

  • Manage and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize the lead-qualifying process

  • Collaborate with the Product team to optimize offerings to current users and new markets

  • Perform revenue planning and forecasting


  • A minimum of 5 years of professional software sales experience, testing and engineering fields are preferable

  • Experience of operating in a start-up or rapid growth environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills to operate effectively at the C-Suite level

  • Proven track record selling enterprise software to international accounts

  • Deep understanding of the sales/purchase process with the ability to engage clients’ senior-level executives 

  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to create and drive products’ offerings and revenues

  • Disciplined, organized, dedicated

  • Must be willing to travel abroad
