Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between UI/UX designers, Product team and Development team to deliver the product 
  • Join the SCRUM working process (daily, weekly)
  • Support to gather, analyze and create product requirements
  • Participate in product prototyping process, UX research, interface mock-up and GUI creation 
  • Support in market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor's analysis
  • Turn research results and knowledge into an actionable plan to drive the product development
  • Help create and maintain product documentation
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified 
  • Coordinate marketing activities to get users 

Qualifications

Skills/experience You need to be Successful:

  • Fresh graduated or even from 2-year student, minimum 3-month internship 
  • Good command of English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
  • Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
  • Basic knowledge of the software development process is a plus

Profiles:

  • A social network user (Be familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc...) 
  • Love working with people and bringing a pleasant experience to others
  • A curious and open-minded, proactive person
  • Have a can-do attitude at work
  • Ability to present ideas and communicate them clearly
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and come up with product suggestions
