Responsibilities

Responsibility

  • Provide IT services to a site with 100 people
  • Develop IT members
  • Design IT environment architecture
  • Quickly identify/resolve issues in company environment and end user sides
  • Handle day to day operation in monitoring internet and intranet connection, security threaths, support users in using IT applications, networking
  • Be a part of the team to implement IT projects

Qualifications

Requirements

a) Mandatory requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
  • At least 5 years experience on system, network management
  • MCITP, CCNP, LPI certificates
  • Fluency in English

b) Technical & soft skills requirements

  • Clear understanding of corporate IT environment, software and operating systems
  • People management skills & communication skills to work with end users
  • Good at self-study and self-research to solve problems quickly and provide the best IT solutions
  • Quick in learning technology trends
  • Strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP LAN and WAN network (configure cisco routers and switches)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Windows environment (Windows 10, MS Windows server 2016, 2019, Active Directory, File Sharing, DNS)
  • Good knowledge about proxy system, Data Loss Prevention system
  • Strong knowledge in Linux system
  • Have knowledge about ISO27001, ITIL

c) Nice to have/plus: ITIL, AWS certificates, Google Cloud certificates
