Responsibilities

Your scope of work:

  • As a member of the Product Management team, understand the vision and target markets then work towards accomplishing the product roadmap, and feature sets
  • Analyze the customer's needs to come up with the solution to resolve customer pain points
  • Breakdown the solution into high-level and detailed requirements
  • Conduct grooming, brainstorming, and planning meetings to share the business value and walk-throughs of new features with the engineering team 
  • Manage product backlog, user stories and prioritize features to achieve the milestones
  • Works closely with UX/UI designers to come up with adequate wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows 
  • Works closely with the Engineering team to understand the technology and come up with appropriate business solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (MKT, Sales, CS) to share, demo Product features, and work with them on sales-blockers 
  • Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research
  • Do competitive analysis and market research to figure out new product ideas, features, and ways to improve the user experience of existing products
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and ensure the product meets the requirement
  • Research business domain knowledge to come up with adequate business process models
  • Conducts user interviews to understand end-user behaviors to build appropriate requirements

Qualifications

Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum practice
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and stakeholders management to keep everyone on the same page
  • Strong documentation skills to write user stories, business requirements, documents
  • Advanced English both written and oral to communicate with partners or clients
  • Good analytical skills to conduct market research and user research.
  • Good at problem-solving and decision making.
  • Empathizing and listening skills
  • Willing to learn new knowledge, get up to speed with new tools and working methodologies 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or Experience in the HR domain is a big plus
  • Background or personal interest in UX/UI is a plus
  • Background in technology

Other information:

  • Intermediate to fluent level of English is preferred
  • Preferably has already worked in multicultural teams 
  • Early adopter of new products/technologies
