Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Report directly to the supervisor(s) and Product Manager if required
  • Work with project team members and others, if any.
  • Participate in all software development activities
  • Perform the following under the coaching of supervisor(s) and Product Manager:
    • Support gather, analyze, and create high-level requirements.
    • Participate in the product prototyping process, interface mock-up, and GUI creation in the Agile environment
    • Help prepare and maintain product road map, which defines product enhancements for short - and long-term releases.
    • Support market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor's analysis
    • Turn research and knowledge into actionable plans to drive product development
    • Help create and maintain product documentation.
    • Serve as an internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements need to be clarified.

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students, minimum 3-month internship commitment.
  • Intermediate to fluent level of English is preferred
  • Candidates with an IT background are preferred.
  • Possess basic knowledge about requirement gathering/management
  • Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
  • Can work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
  • Good English and aptitude for learning and understand new and emerging technologies
  • Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies

  • Willing to learn new knowledge, get up to speed with new tools and working methodologies 
  • Tech-savvy and user of online collaboration tools
