This position of Senior Communications Executive is a local storyteller who reads insights, develops concepts, and takes leading marketing/communications activities in Da Nang; therefore, we can maximize the KMS brand’s presence for business and recruitment purposes.
Job Duties
CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Maintain and develop all relationships between the company and external parties in Da Nang; including (but not limited to) government, industry associations, etc.
Maximize the relationship with IT Faculties, analyze the needs and create promotional partnership opportunities to maximize the employer brand image across the channels;
Source and manage sponsorship opportunities in Da Nang to feature the company’s image across the media space;
Build up company reputation with industrial awards and certifications.
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
Seek out and integrate events for guest speaker appearances and other promotional opportunities;
Create innovative programs to attract prospective candidates and distinguish new recruitment opportunities
Together with the Corp Comms team in HCMC to plan and manage branding activities both internal and external to promote and support the mission, objectives, and business goals of the company;
Proactively execute the communication plan that helps increase the brand visibility by CSR actions in a way that stays true to the brand’s core value.
A brand mindset is a must. At least 2 years of proven experience in Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, or similar roles;
Knowledge of the IT industry in Vietnam or across the globe is a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
