Responsibilities

The M&E Manager will oversee the daily operations of the M&E system for KMS offices. This position needs to demonstrate strong, proven capabilities in the delivery of high quality services, build and maintain a client-focused support team.

  • Lead the delivery of high quality of M&E operations including but not limited to A.C system, ventilation, electricity, plumbing, fire fighting and prevention, ect.
  • Have sound understanding on the M&E field and be able to propose effective technical solutions for daily operations and arising problems in term of M&E system
  • Set up necessary processes, guidelines, continuous improvement plan for effective operations of M&E system. Implement and maintain relevant legal regulations relating to M&E system, working safety
  • Manage plan, schedule and execution for maintenance, fixing of M&E system to make sure the system is safe and smooth operation
  • Manage several technical staffs for the development of a skilled, flexible and effective team
  • Office fit out & renovation leading in term of M&E matters
  • Manage M&E contractors working at KMS offices
  • Advice the Manager on planning and budgeting to ensure the department goals and budget targets are met
  • Other duties as may be requested by the Manager

Qualifications

  • Over eight year working experience in M&E field, in which at least three years at the level of technical Supervisor/Manager
  • Demonstrate good skill of people management, team working collaboration, team motivation
  • Excellent skills like problem solving, decision making, planning
  • Deep understanding and expertise in M&E system operation
  • Experience in office/building fit out in term of M&E system is an advantage
  • Experience in building/apartment operation is a plus
  • Possess high integrity and strong business ethics
  • Possess high working spirit, enthusiasm, honesty, high sense of responsibility
  • Computer skills serving the job
  • Good English communication and written English is an advantage
