Visily is an AI-powered UI design software started from KMS Labs, the startup incubation arm of KMS Technology. Our team consists of technology entrepreneurs who have built successful product companies from scratch:

  • QASymphony - test management platform, merged with Tricentis, valued at $2B

  • Kobiton - mobile testing platform, raised $34M with over 60K customers

  • Katalon - test automation platform, raised $27M with over 1M users

  • GroveHR - HR platform used by 32K companies

Responsibilities

Join our team to build a cutting-edge UI design platform. Think of Figma, but different ;). We are early but have an incredibly big vision. We’re looking for a VP/Director of Growth who will work directly with our CEO to get us to the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee growth strategies across different areas of the business, including content creation, community, email marketing, partnerships and paid advertising.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention and engagement through effective marketing (conventional and unconventional) and analytics (quantitatively and qualitatively).
  • Produce differentiated positioning and messaging as well as customer journey and personas by deeply understanding our users, market and competitors.
  • Work with the Product team to build effective onboarding and email nurturing to boost enablement and help customers succeed.
  • Lead content strategy and creation across channels (blog, community, social media, offline events) to establish thought leadership and support demand generation. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience running marketing in SaaS or tech companies
  • Growth hacking mindset. Product-Led Growth experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset - we’re a data driven company
  • Excellent leadership & coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
