Every product we build needs to be global and become a market leader. Of the 3 products incubated at UpStar so far, the first exited successfully (QASymphony), 1 raised its first round as an independent company (Kobiton) and 1 is on track to become the global market leader in its category (Katalon)
We are now building our 4th generation of Product aimed at the HR / People industry (SaaS B2B product)
Responsibilities
Scope:
Qualify needs of our B2B customers (phone, emails and any other channels)
Maintain pipeline and enrich the data over time using a variety of enrichment strategies
Represent our brand and positioning adequately with corporate clients
Coordinate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to improve our go-to-market approach
Contribute to the improvement of our acquisition funnels
Key hard KPI include:
Call activities
Quality of customer interview output
Improvement in quality of customers in the funnel
Qualifications
Profile:
Prior experience in telesales in a similar role for 2-4 years
Mainly Vietnamese language. Good English is a plus
Is comfortable talking to corporate clients at various level (up to manager / director)
Had demonstrated good telesales performance in the past
Is motivated to learn about sales & marketing for a SaaS B2B product
Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past
