Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

  • Support Sales team to prepare the Proposal presentation (Mainly about Commercial Proposal like Quotation, Cost Structure Explanation) to Prospect.
  • Review/ Prepare the legal agreements (NDA, SOW/contract, addendum,..)

2. Finance/Delivery support:

  • Support Delivery / Finance team in terms of user acceptance sign-off, billing delivery,
  • Debt Consolidation: manage current debt in each deal & corresponding payment terms.

3. Marketing/Admin Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support the online/offline tech/ customer-care event / project kick-off/acceptance events
  • Support Finance to process the invoicing/billing process to current Customers / in-progress project.
  • Collaborate with Company admin to perform customer-care campaign (e.g: New Year gift, Mid-Autumn gift..)
  • Maintain and monitor the Customer Stakeholder’s event to propose the corresponding customer-care activities to current Customers (e.g: Anniversary of company, Birthday of key stakeholder, Product Launching, Branch Opening, ….).

Qualifications

  • At least 01 Year(s) of working experience in the Sales Admin / Business Support for B2B company (prefer Software / Software Service / IT Service). 
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good understanding of B2B legal/contract process.
  • Good English.
