Background and Company Overview

KMS Technology is a privately held technology company based in Atlanta and with operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Founded by Vu Lam and Josh Lieberman in 2009, KMS Technology started with its offshore product development (OPD) business and added additional consulting services in recent years. In addition, KMS operates an incubator called Upstar Labs that has created software companies including QASymphony, Kobiton, Katalon, and GroveHR.

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Account Executive at KMS, you will be responsible for identifying and selling new logo business for KMS outsourcing, reseller and consulting services in the software industry. You are a high-energy individual that can leverage their external network and internal resources from prospect to close. You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as a valued member of our KMS family.

  • Prospect for new opportunities in mid-market software companies through networking, LinkedIn, email, calls,  and additional prospecting channels
  • Qualify, prioritize, and close inbound and self-prospected opportunities exclusively remotely
  • Understand and effectively communicate our offerings to a variety of prospects
  • Conduct sales discussions, identify appropriate client needs and involve the right SMEs to demonstrate our capabilities
  • Build and/or assist in the creation and delivery of presentations, proposals, SOW’s, etc.
  • Run the sales cycle, including presenting contracts and negotiating with prospects
  • Forecast revenues in a timely and accurate manner leveraging Salesforce
  • Build and foster internal relationships with SMEs and onshore / offshore delivery teams

Skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), G Suite (Google), and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WebEx)
  • Strong presentation skills, delivery and tools (Google Slide and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have 4-8 years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Experience in selling services preferred, with a preference for offshore development services experience
  • Proven success hunting and building a professional network
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle list of 100% new logo, prospect accounts
  • You have experience selling to the C-suite and to the Technology-suite
  • You can create demand by uncovering business problems and initiatives and matching them to our solution
  • You can generate a pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
