Responsibilities

KMS Gives is looking for an enthusiastic intern who is passionate about social work. This position is going to support KMS Gives Lead with the operations of KMS Gives.

Key Roles:

  • Composing communication contents (e.g. emails, social posts, etc.)
  • Monitoring and managing KMS Gives Landing Page, KMS Gives Facebook 
  • Designing basic communication materials/ coordinating with the Design team to produce communication materials (e.g. email banners, video clips, etc.)
  • Coordinating with Starters and external partners (NGOs, NPOs, vendors) to initiate and implement projects
  • Assisting the Corporate Communications department’s event planning/organizing 
  • Other ad-hoc tasks when required

Qualifications

  • 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates (Communication major is a plus)
  • Minimum 6-month Full-time/Part-time commitment
  • Passionate about social work
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Basic design skills
  • Good time management skills, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
