Responsibilities

As a Contracts Intern, you will support the Procurement Department including but not limited
to:

  • Drafting contracts, and related documents for signing and implementation of the Contract.
  • Support in negotiating contract terms when required.
  • Support to check/review all terms and conditions of contracts/agreements, and alert any legal risks to the relevant departments
  • Research and update promptly any changes of law, circulars, … relating to procurement activities.
  • Updating, tracking and listing frame contracts, and alert to relevant department before its expiry.
  • Support to build Contract management policy & process.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduated or 4th year students in Law or economics related major
  • Ability to understand commercial law and regulation
  • Ability to capture information and drafting contract
  • At least 6-month Internship (full time referable)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Careful, proactive, Self-motivated, open-minded, organized and highly responsible
