Every product we build needs to be global and become a market leader. Of the 3 products incubated at UpStar so far, the first exited successfully (QASymphony), 1 raised its first round as an independent company (Kobiton) and 1 is on track to become the global market leader in its category (Katalon)
We are now building our 4th generation of Product aimed at the HR / People industry (SaaS B2B product)
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Document our Enterprise product to help users (formal documentation + in-app documentation - all in English)
Tag along with our product team to consult with clients on the implementation of our Enterprise product (follow-up on meeting action items, coordination, logistics, documentation, etc.)
Collaborate with our R&D team to align between roadmap development and client implementation
Coordinate with Marketing to build the proper customer success and sales materials (decks, templates, etc.)
Get customer feedback and work with the product team to incorporate the feedback in the roadmap
Work with Marketing to improve the marketing positioning and audience targeting based on customer feedback

Qualifications

Very well organized
Communicates well in general
Extrovert preferred
Easy to relate to, can build rapport easily and naturally
Good command of English writing

Has previously demonstrated an ability to organize projects with stakeholders holding different function (i.e. cross-functional project)
