Responsibilities

We are looking for Customer Support who:

Handle customer enquiries and provide online and tele-customer support and email replies to services to customers.
Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
Support other teams with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
Reply to clients’ inquiries about policy and admin procedures related to policy
Inform client of claim & refund result

Qualifications

College degree or above; proficient in English with fluency in Vietnamese.
Fundamental Microsoft Office skills
Minimum 1- year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry. Outstanding new graduates are also welcome to apply.
High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
Strong communication skills
Passionate for customer service industry
