Job Duties
Recruitment Marketing:
Build up relationships with top-tier universities in Vietnam with various activities e.g. workshops; internship vacancies; sponsorship and scholarships.
Run online advertising campaigns for acquisition that gathering job applications and build up database pipeline for recruitment contacts
Tech community engagement by the technical workshops, Hackathon playgrounds, etc. that aim to reach technical people in town
Internal communications:
Be responsible for initiating and implementing ideas of internal gatherings (occasional events, company trip, team building activities, etc)
Improve initiatives, channels, tools, and methodology of company communications to enhance the employee experience and ensure the understanding of company culture & messages about the brand claims
Maintain employee alignment through the monthly talks with management; annual all-hands meetings for the leader to share about business performance & next direction
Public Relations:
Maintain brand awareness through traditional & social media with annual goals on top-tier media channels to support business & recruitment purposes
Government relations with partners in the industry and retain company reputation with industrial awards.
Excel corporate social responsibilities (CSR) with the aim of long-lasting impacts by supporting the related NGOs and communities
Source and manage sponsorship opportunities to maximize the company’s image across the media space
At least 5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, Recruitment marketing, or similar roles
Proven experience in event planning and campaign management
Good communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
Excellent writing skills in both English & Vietnamese
IT industry background is a plus
