Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Be inspired by what you will learn and do in this internship term:

  • Implement marketing concepts and partnership strategies to maximize KMS employer brand to potential candidates (fresher & experienced) and tech-community
  • Work with multiple internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Creative and Digital Marketing) and external partners to utilize social media platforms, digital assets, data & analytics to drive talent acquisition
  • Plan, run, and optimize acquisition branding and communications activities across Vietnam in terms of lead generation and talent pool crawling (office tour, career fair, tech talks,…).
  • Get all set and embark on a fruitful challenging journey, and make proudly-success with us at KMS!

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or final year students, at least 3-month internship commitment
  • Good writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Passionate about corporate communications, recruitment marketing, employer branding
  • Creative, proofreading, logical thinking, and detail-oriented
  • Time management skills, multi-tasking, and can-do attitude
  • Students majoring in English, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, and related majors are preferred
