We're looking for an Engineer Manager to help us collaborate with development teams and clients to ensure that clients' projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results for a Data Interoperability in Healthcare incubated start-up.
You will be the go-to person for everything related to a project's delivery life cycle, including product demonstrations, in order to deliver successful projects and acquire more customers.
Responsibilities
Play the SM/PM role on multiple teams
Communicate with key customer stakeholders, typically based in the United States to ensure smooth onshore-offshore collaboration
Discuss technical solutions with clients and get them involved in the process to remove any roadblocks
Work with technical leaders to set up a product demo, clarify customers' needs, and ensure project deliverables are of high quality to meet customer expectations
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Client-facing and good presentation skills
Technical background - solid knowledge of software development and being a developer in the past is advantageous
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
PMP and Scrum Master certificates are desirable
