Job Description

As an Event Intern, you will have the opportunity to help organize and execute diverse events, earn significant event experience, and build essential skills including communication, project management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving brainstorming, planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre-event, set-up, execution and post-event.
  • Coordinate smoothly and communicate clearly with team members, employees, vendors, supporters and designers… to make the Event run its best.
  • Support paperwork and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • For Fresh graduated or Final year students, at least a 6-month internship commitment.
  • Good writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Passionate about Events & Communications
  • Key characteristics: Friendly – Dynamic – Integrity – Dedication – Creativity – Teamwork – Well-Organized – Logical thinking and Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, and structure your own working day in line with our hybrid working mode
  • Openness to learning new skills and taking on new challenges
  • Students majoring in English, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, and related majors are preferred
