Responsibilities

The Finance and Accounting Executive will play an essential role in assisting related partners in making data-driven decisions, by maintaining the completeness of financial data and providing meaningful insights through reports and analyses.
 
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for book-keeping and financial reporting tasks, in addition to ad-hoc analyses of the pricing model, financial health, and business performance. This position reports to the Finance Manager.
 
Key Accountability:

  • Verify and book monthly invoices and payment into the Finance and Accounting System
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
  • Verify quotes sent to customers, promptly issue invoices, and follow up with overdue payments
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to collect data and information for finance-related tasks
  • Keep track of cash flows and control the planned budget
  • Maintain proper document filing processes
  • Perform other accounting and finance tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Qualifications

Skills, Qualifications, and Personal Qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid business mindset
  • Excellent command of English in both reading and writing
  • A fast, proactive, and passionate learner with a persistent drive for success
