Responsibilities

Support team on accounting processes such as: 

  • Keep track and book accounting entries for payments to vendors, and assets management.
  • Handle monthly foreign currency selling transactions with banks.
  • File documents (contracts, invoices…) once the process is done.
  • Work with other stakeholders (IT teams, requestors…) in internal projects to enhance and improve data flow efficiency between Accounting software and other systems.
  • Other ad-hoc reports required by the supervisor;
  • Additional information will be exchanged in the interview.

Qualifications

  • For fresh graduates or 4th-year students in major in Accounting/ Finance.
  • At least 06-month full-time/ part-time internship.
  • Able to work full time at least 4 days/ week (in which at least 1 day on-site).
  • Interested in the Account Payable function. 
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Honest, proactive, organized, and highly responsible.
