All KMSers will need to working from home to ensure safety. The new member will get designated supports:

  • Working devices will be delivered at door upon the new member's joining date
  • Onboarding will be organized virtually by both the HR personnel and the new team.
  • The HR personnel will be available for any support needs of the new member.

Responsibilities

Group Accounting Service Manager is a newly created position within Finance organization. The Group Accounting Service Manager responsible for leading a team of 3-4 members to provide accounting & payment services to legal entities within KMS Group. This role also temporarily run the Billing team when the head of Billing take maternity leave. This person belongs to KMS Technology, an internal hub to provide operational & consultancy services to all affiliated companies.

The Group Accounting Service Manager play an important role in providing services to not only entities in Vietnam but entities in US and potentially entities in Australia, Singapore and other countries when we expend our business. Therefore, the person has opportunities to broader their knowledge and opportunities to interact with both internal & external stakeholders in different countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the accounts payable & GL team, ensuring that suppliers are paid on time and accurately with comply to Procure to Pay (P2P) procedure.
  • Managing the Financial Accounting function, lead closing process & prepare tax fillings 
  • Managing the operational and commercial relationship with all shared services customers and external service providers  
  • Provide senior accounting support to all relevant areas for the Shared Services Group as well as leadership to ensure it is appropriately resourced
  • Pro-actively seeking on-going improvements and efficiencies in all activities, focusing on proper planning, improve workflow and eliminate waste in business processes  
  • Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of related transactions as required, as well as structure & standardize business processes across entities, aim to conduct month end closing within 2 days.   
  • Develop training material, leading team to document business process and maintain discipline in comply to documented processes
  • Assist in any other business support initiatives as directed by the VP of Finance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting. MBA or ACCA/CPA is a strong plus.
  • Good English communication in both writing & speaking.
  • 7+ years of experience in a finance, accounting with a record of increasing responsibility.
  • Working Experience in SAP, Oracle NetSuite or ERP environment is a strong plus
  • Knowledgeable about LEAN and LEAN accounting is a strong plus
  • Experience in technology services, software industry is a plus but not required
  • People management skills, be able to set goal, motivate and leading people to execute & achieve goals
  • Problem solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain the highest standard of integrity, accuracy & professional.
  • Logical thinking, a good structured mind
