• As a Content Creator: coordinating with Corporate Communications teammates to conceptualize and deliver messages for various branding campaigns related to Internal Communications, PR, CSR, and Employer Branding. For more detail, your scope of work covers from A-to-Z: ideation, campaign management, design briefing, content execution, and performance tracking. Your output can be diverse, including but not limited to email, landing page content, branded items, video, event materials, and social content.
• As an Innovator: proactively observe and propose initiatives to improve communications work. It can be a revamp of channels, tools, methodology, refreshment of content tone & mood, or even something we have yet to expect.
• As a Learner: be ready to unlearn and relearn, and even reshape your thinking. Along with working are regular training and retrospective sessions where the team look back to spring forward.
• As an Explorer: immerse into life at KMS through learning & development activities, employee engagement events, and external branding programs - mainly as a supporter, sometimes as an audience. The only way to be an authentic storyteller is to truly know KMS people and its culture.
